NURSERY COVERAGE:              Our SCS classes have ended for the summer and that means our nursery coverage also ends.  Some of our parents, realizing the need doesn’t necessarily end for our nursery, have hired Nichole Rashid’s babysitter to come and watch the children beginning 6/24. Donations to the babysitter would be greatly appreciated.  Please see Nichole Rashid for details

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL:  VBS is fast approaching!!  If you haven’t sent in the registration cards for your children, please do so as soon as possible.  It’s imperative that we try to have an accurate count for attendees so we can plan dinners, crafts, and science activities!! VBS dates are July 8-July 12 from 5-8 p.m. We will have a kid friendly dinner 5-5:30 and the program will begin at 5:30. We are looking for volunteers to shepherd students from one session to another, and skit performers. Please prayerfully consider becoming a part of VBS 2018!! Please let the church office know if you are able to help in any way!

THRIVENT FINANCIAL:  Have a project you’d like to see happen? If you or someone you know is a Thrivent member, it can happen!  See Deb Keszler or Sue Homza for guidance on how to file for a Thrivent Action team event.  Also, if you are a Thrivent member, you could have choice dollars to donate to the charity of your choice such as Reformation!  We can help you do that too! We’ve just gotten 3 members approved for Action Team Events with regards to VBS – you too can have that success!!

Summer 2018: “This Changes Everything” – Cross Roads Camp:

This summer at Cross Roads we will explore how God’s grace turns our world upside down. Through worship, small-group devotions, Bible study, and prayer, campers will grow in their faith as part of their Cross Roads experience.

Cross Roads offers five weeks of on-site programs for youth who have completed grades 2-8, in addition to programs for high school-age campers and for families. There is something for everyone, so learn more and register on the website! http://crossroadsretreat.com/summer-programs
