Our Saturday evening worship service resumes tomorrow evening at 5 p.m.

Wurffel Fund College Loan Applications are available in the church office. They are due in by the end of this month so Pastor Matt will have time to do his portion on the applications. For more information, please see Deb K or Pastor Matt

This Tuesday, May 21st we will be bringing dinner to the families staying at First Baptist Church in Long Branch through the Family Promise of Monmouth County program. Your help is needed!  We need side dishes, fruit, and desserts. Donations can be brought to the church Tuesday afternoon after 1 p.m. (Debbie will be away Sunday-Wednesday)

This Sunday we will be awarding our 12th Annual Anna Beaty Scholarship to Skyler Smith.  The Anna Beaty Scholarship was established in 2007 in memory of Anna who was the SCS Superintendent for over 60 years! Come join us and we celebrate Skyler!

Please remember, unless otherwise asked, we will put your loved ones name on the weekly spoken prayer list for 4 weeks and then they will remain on the prayer list below and in the monthly messengers indefinitely (until you let us know we can remove them).

COMMUNITY EVENTS

ALLELUIA JAZZ: An evening of “Jazz through the Ages” at Colts Neck Reformed Church, 139 Rt. 537, Colts Neck on Sunday, May 19th at 7:00 p.m. The flyer is on the kiosk in the gathering area with full details.

The 10TH Annual Chamber Music Spring Concert is at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Holmdel on Sunday, June 2nd at 3 p.m. This event will feature 3 talented local musicians playing the music of Bach, Schubert, Elgar, Schumann, Beethoven, Mendelssohn, and Prokoviev.  A free will offering will be taken to benefit ARC of Monmouth County. RETURNING TO HUMAN: PRESPECTIVES ON POVERTY – a Community Gathering to Connect for Personal Growth at the Monmouth Reform Temple on Hance Ave. in Tinton Falls on Sunday, June 2 from 2-4 p.m. sponsored by JBJ Soul Kitchen and Integrated Care Concepts & Consultation. This is a free event open to everyone!  The flyer is on the kiosk with full details.

The New Jersey State Youth Orchestra will be performing its last spring concert on Sunday, June 2nd at 1 p.m. at Middletown South High School.  If you missed their performance here at Reformation, you should try to make this one. The kids are really impressive!! Cost is $15 per person. The flyer is on the kiosk in the gathering area with details.
